Indian Head Massage ~ £45

Originating from the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. This 45 minute treatment involves, massaging the head, neck, shoulders , arms and face. It uses both gentle and firm movements such as tapping and kneading.

Benefits include : improved circulation, relieved tension and relief from headaches.

 

Many different types of reflexology treatments are available, all are individualised according to your needs/ intentions.

All Reflexology treatments are 60 mins, first visit will include a consultation ( allow +20-30 minutes ) 

 

 

Rest and Restore ~ £60

A treatment to allow you time to relax, to calm or reset the nervous system, release tension and support the body's natural healing processes.

 

Pregnancy reflexology ~ £60

During your pregnancy, your body will go through significant changes, these changes will effect the emotional, hormonal and physiological balance of your body. This treatment will aim to help alleviate or prevent discomfort arising from this imbalance and help the body to restore it's equilibrium

 

Hormone Balance ~ £60

Whether you are experiencing symptoms of PCOS, Painful periods, absence of periods, menopausal symptoms or thyroid imbalances, this treatment concentrates on the pituitary, adrenal, endocrine and reproductive reflexes.

 

Prime for labour ~ £70

Offered from 37 weeks onwards, this reflexology focuses on the pituitary reflex and lots of work on the uterus reflex point. The intention is to encourage the release of oxytocin and encourage labour to commence spontaneously without the need for a medical induction. 

I recommend 1~3 sessions for optimal effect of this prime for labour routine. Offering you an optional package of 3 treatments for a discounted price of £200. **

** If you purchase a three session package and baby decides to make an earlier - than - expected appearance before you have used all three sessions, don't worry - any remaining sessions can be used can be used within three months of purchase for a well - deserved postnatal reflexology treatment. Because once baby is here, mum still deserves some TLC too !

 

Postnatal reflexology ~£70

During the postnatal period our bodies change and adapt to the new demands made.  Sleep is limited and self care is usually low on priorities.  Womens bodies need to heal and repair after childbirth.  This treatment works on the endocrine reflexes, pineal gland and solar plexus.  This will help with the rebalance of your hormones, with particular attention on prolactin and oxytocin ( hormones involved in breast feeding).  I will endeavour to reduce your cortisol levels as your body and mind are in demand like never before
